Wikipedia: A number of photos of a "Venusian scout ship" by George Adamski and identified by him as a typical extraterrestrial flying saucer were noted to bear a suspicious resemblance to a type of once commonly available chicken egg incubator, complete with three light bulbs which Adamski said were "landing gear."
 
Cuando tenía once años me gustaba ir a la biblioteca municipal de la ciudad de Tempe. Allí me topé con un libro escrito por algún fugado de un manicomio que se llama George Adamski. El libro se titulaba Los OVNIS han aterrizado y contenía fotos de los OVNIS que en realidad no eran sino incubadoras de pollitos. ¿Pero qué sabía yo a esa edad? Para mí si algo había sido publicado, tenía que ser la verdad del evangelio.

When I was eleven years old, I used to go to the city library in Tempe. There I ran across a book written by some refugee from an insane asylum named George Adamski. The book was entitled The Flying Saucers Have Landed, and it contained photos of UFOs that in reality were nothing more than chicken incubators. But what did I know at that age? To me, if something had been published, it had to be the gospel truth.
