Octubre -1975- 16, 17, 18 19 Jean + J. came down Thursday, leaving
Tempe about 6:30 PM. It was dark when we left. Saw a coyote by the
freeway between Pete's Corner and Gila Bend, and also 2 more + what was
probably a kit fox in Mexico south of Sonoyta. Also, 3 or 4 burrowing
owls on the Puerto Peñasco-Estero Morua road. It was after 1 AM
before we went to bed. (Coyotes howled the night of 17th) Rock Wren
slept in rafters of east porch. Tom, Jeff + Rick Fjeld showed up
Sábado (in the 65 Ford with the wall panels).
