In 2007, my friend Carlos Santos, the popular Brazilian guitarist and singer known as Caji, invited me to come over and record in his living room in Cave Creek, Arizona.  I brought over my guitar and I did each song in one take and each on one track; no laying down a guitar track and singing over it. Carlos moved back to Brazil a few years ago, and to my surprise one day he did some more audio work on the recordings and emailed the mpg files to me. I hadn't listened to the songs for some time.

Not long ago, after playing at a wine bar I was asked if I had a CD. "Who? Me?" I answered. I went back to my computer and listened to the recordings and burned this CD and I'd like to say I'm glad to have been able to save my modest performance for posterity and sale.
