Sun Lakes 10/5/2019 Haven't seen the cat in a couple of weeks but something is eating the cat food eat night. I went to the Fat Tire Festival with Jan. Jesse and crowd went too. Sun Lakes 10/5/2018 I walked 35 minutes or so. No beer for the third day. Doing well. Tomorrow I go to the Fat Tire bike ride with Jan. I'll drink near beer. It will be a test of my resolve. Sally, Steve, and I. Gave them all my albums. They asked
for them. No drinking for four days so far at least but
I'm going to the Fat Tire thing or at least to Jan's
house tomorrow at ten AM. His neck hurts from craning it
to watch poker on the computer so he may not go. I don't
know if I'll have a beer. I hope I don't crash the bike
and destroy my shoulder. I haven't ridden since last

Jan and I went to the Fat Tire Beer festival and I bought two tokens for near beer which they said they had but there was in fact no non-alcholic beer so I had them refund my bread.
