At least in the US every town has a graffiti abatement program and we paint that shit out. The vandals don't win; they have to risk jail again to repaint. Takes the wind out of their sails and we have little graffiti in most towns. We don't just give up. LOOK at the people eating at that restaurant. What is the owner THINKING? "Oh, darn!" He says one morning when he finds paint all over his cafe. "Whacha gonna do?" YOU PAINT IT OUT AND WAIT WITH A SHOTGUN FOR THE VANDALS TO DARE TRY IT AGAIN!
