EXTRA SERVING SUGGESTION!
Put in a whole bag of green beans!

I'm only a beginner, but here's my TOFU VEGAN CHICKEN SALAD RECIPE:

TOFU VEGAN CHICKEN SALAD

This tofu gets so crispy that it's really even a bit crunchy and stays that way even for a couple of days steeping in the sauce!

1. one block of extra firm tofu
2. corn starch
3. oil
4. celery
5. onion
6. green onion
7. peppercorns
8. soy sauce
9. cajon seasoning, chicken seasoning
10. smoked paprika
11. I like to put in Mexico Lindo habanero sauce. Habaneros themselves are too hot for this.
12. walnuts, shelled sunflower seeds, pecans, almonds
13. Canned whole kernel corn
14. vegan salad dressing  LOOK OUT. HIGH CALORIE.
15. optional: puffin pot holder

A. Put a huge flat rock on the tofu block that you've wrapped in towels cloth and paper. Leave it for a long time. Flip it. And leave it again until all the water's out.

B. Cut into squarish chunks and freeze solid.

C. Microwave the frozen chunks until thawed and press with the big rock again.

D. Mix the chunks with some oil and then put in a bunch of corn starch to cover them. This will result in crispiness. What the heck? Splash in some soy sauce.

E. Put on a sheet of tin foil in the oven at 350°F for at least a half hour.

F. Cut up a lot of celery, onions, green onions and put them in a bowl.
Add shelled sunflower seeds, walnuts, pecans, almonds, some canned corn.
Put in a ton of cajun seasoning and chicken seasoning and smoked paprika--whatever you've got.
Put in a bunch of peppercorns.
Put in some hot sauce like Mexico Lindo Habanero sauce.
Splash in soy sauce
Add a mess of Vegan Salad Dressing.
Mix

G. Now put in the crispy tofu and mix that.

14. Crispy Tofu

Not everyone likes tofu, and I think what they like the least about it is its gummy texture. It's a texture that's only just imagined, though, as few people have ever really even tried tofu. Still, I don't blame them for feeling this way; tofu does look a little gross. But fear not! There is a recipe that solves this problem perfectly and that makes tofu crispy, crunchy, and delicious.

14. Tofu crujiente

Mezcle.
G. Ahora ponga el tofu crujiente y mezcle.
H. ¡Cómalo!
