 TWO RECIPES CHICKEN GREEN CHILE CHOWDER I suggest making this half sized. I made this just now Dec 24, 2019, and I will have trouble finishing it. PLUS make sure you like the green enchilada sauce; they're not all the same. 4 Chicken Breasts cooked and shredded (I just get a rotisserie chicken) 2 cans of chicken broth 2 15 ounce cans of HOT green enchilada sauce (or mild) 2 4 ounce cans diced green chiles 2/3 cup water 1 Tbs cumin 1 tablespoon chili powder 1 tablespoon onion powder 1 Tsp garlic powder (sometimes I just season it with half a bag of Taco Seasoning...whatever you like) 1 can corn drained 1 can black beans rinsed and drained 3/4 cup instant rice 1 8 ounce bar cream cheese Place broth, enchilada sauce, green chilies spices and water in crock pot on hi for 1-2 hours. Dice up cream cheese and add....I use a blender/whisk to make it blend in. Add chicken, corn, black beans and rice and cook for one hour more. To serve, top with shredded cheese and tortilla strips!! BLACK BEAN CASSEROLE I use corn tortillas myself personally. The next night she showed me how to make black bean casserole. I liked it, so I had her write up the recipe. BLACK BEAN CASSEROLE 2 cloves garlic 2 tbs olive oil 1 pound ground turkey 1 16-ounce can tomato sauce 2 heaping teaspoons chili powder 2 heaping teaspoons cumin 1 small can corn drained 1 can black beans drained 1 can green chiles 8 ounces of shredded longhorn cheddar Cook garlic in oil. Add the ground turkey and brown it up. Add tomato sauce. Mix in chili powder and cumin Mix in the corn, black beans and green chiles Cook together fifteen minutes. Now lay flour tortillas in a casserole dish and then layer in the mixture of meat and then cheese and then tortillas and mixture and tortillas and cheese, until the dish is full. Bake at 350° covered until bubbly and yummy! Serve. Sally's close friend Catherine was kind enough to take both of us to the airport. Sally had decided to visit 185 |

Well, you can see the 210-calorie label on the Progresso. Well that's nice but you're not going to TASTE those missing calories in the watery Progresso. No, you'll NOTICE those missing calories and so my bet'd be with that there Campbell's, which is thick and creamy and rich and yummy! I have never had much luck with Progresso, but I like Dr. Progresso and I am going to send him a letter. If you want I will tell you who he is.
