I NEED TO KEEP LOOKING. ONE DAY I WILL FIND OUT WHERE IT WAS!  Headlight1.jpg COULD THIS BE IT? Well, I don't remember any resort, but it might have been tiny back then. The resort is 50 years old and my records are 47 years old. Could have been mighty small back then. It's at 1149 N 92nd St Scottsdale, AZ 85256 Roadrunner Lake Resort is the square in the deserty area. It looks really nice, but the lease is up and they're going to close it and all these old folks will be booted out and can't sell their lots. One guy says it's run by ignorant hillbillies. If you look at it, it really looks like a nice place to be but even if that is so it's not for long. VIDEO ON THE RESORT  Headlight2.jpg COULD THIS BE IT? Irreverently, I wrote: some cuckoos smashed our headlights out when we left the car. (Maybe they weren't cuckoos but they certainly were cocks.) 2015 Sierra Vista 10/23/1971 All day we saw mourning doves and at breakfast this morning I saw a red shafted flicker who flew up into the palm tree.

Phoenix Sewer Flats 10/23/1971 "Saturday A Mild Day" I'm not sure whether this place exists anymore. Once we went there and there were many many many dead ducks. Botulism? Was this the time Dad pointed out my first water pipit?It was on a fence, which is rather unusual for them.
