I'm sure you will be saddened to hear that little Noodles passed away on April 21, 2005. She got sick, and the vet tried to make her better but it didn't work. I buried her in the back yard where she and I liked to camp out most nights of the year. I got Noodles as a little puppy on August 12, 1989. I took her on 21 expeditions to Mexico and we went bird watching in our favorite place 570 times, etc. So life will be very different without her.
The Sunday after Noodles' passing, at exactly three o'clock Arizona time, in Honolulu, Washington DC, New York, Cleveland, New Orleans, Tucson, Chandler, and Gilbert, all of my brothers and sisters and nieces and nephews and I lifted a glass in Noodles' honor.

Hi Tom,
I am very saddened to hear about Noodles. She was such a sweet girl and I will miss her very much. She was so lucky to have you as her daddy and it sounds like she had a very full life with all of your trips together. I'm sure she will be keeping an eye on you always.
