Yesterday the guy came and installed my new garage door opener and he didn't charge me because I had already paid him 100 bucks.

I have a pain in my side. A few weeks ago I woke up in the morning with a bad pain deep on the right side. It happened only like three times. Now I can feel it a little. I'm worried about my liver and pancreas.

I had that awful pain this morning again. I've had it for more than a year. I wonder what it means. The doctor couldn't find anything.
No lesser goldfinches outside yet despite my new feeder.

Mi padre tocaba así en el piano con la mano izquierda tocando el sonido de swing, que para mí con mi guitarra, consiste en tocar en una medida (de compás de cuatro por cuatro) un acorde en el primer tiempo y el ritmo en el segundo de manera que el ritmo de un compás se oye en los segundos y cuartos tiempos donde se ven las líneas diagonales en la partitura de debajo. Esas líneas están donde se oye un ruidoso sonido de cuerdas muertas (Chunk!) tocado por el guitarrista. Los otros tiempos (números uno y tres) tienen acordes claros. Debido al sonido de los tiempos dos y cuatro, esto se llama en inglés “chunking.”

Un día llevé al bar una grabadora digital de primera calidad y después, cuando había escuchado lo que había grabado me di cuenta de que yo tenía una manera muy fácil de producir un álbum en directo. Sería fácil por dos razones:

1.) Iba a cantar dos horas de canciones cada noche de todos modos y por eso no se iba a necesitar esfuerzo extra de mí parte.
2.) Grabar en casa o en un estudio no solamente es trabajo duro pero se vuelve totalmente loco porque siempre está cambiando todo una y otra vez y tratando de hacer todo perfecto y Ud. nunca estará contento. Grabar canciones es un arte y yo no soy muy bueno en hacerlo/haciéndolo. Un álbum en directo, en cambio, no tiene que ser perfecto; nadie ni siquiera va a esperar esto porque es, bueno, en directo. Así que a quién le importa si la gente está hablando y rompiendo vasos o si los pájaros están

Dear Tom, The Japanese version of The Article Book arrived last week and we were able to retrieve the paperwork related to it from our files with the details of the book in hand. It *was* an authorized edition that Kelly signed the attached agreement with Beret Publishing for. We did receive an advance of $2,500 from them back in 2007, $1,250 was shared with you according to the Business Office's records. However, the advance was never earned out and we received no further royalties - Beret appears to now be out of business and the copies available online are used ones. I attach the agreement we have with them for reference.I hope that this gives you some peace of mind. The book was not pirated, thank goodness! —Charles watkinc@umich.edu
